Description

Whether you believe you are good at communicating with those around you or not, different people communicate in different ways. It is therefore useful to understand these differences in our everyday lives. Some parts of this self-help learning tool are informative and some will give you something to think about or do. We would like to acknowledge the RAF Benevolent Fund, for allowing us to use and share parts of this content.
